Clicking on 'People' on the lefthand menu shown below will display the following global people settings for your company or sub-company.

| Internal Users | Those users who work directly for the company. | This level of access allows internal users to see all projects and choose any task from the list. |
| External Coders | The external coder option is used to set up freelancers or other external users for your company. | External users only see specific projects assigned to them. Find out about Allocation here |
| Administrators | This screen shows the members of the two administrator groups for a company - Company Administrators and Project Creators. | Individual users are assigned to these groups on the People/Internal Users/User details screen |
| Groups | Create groups of users and set the group's role and projects applicable. | Find out more on Groups here. |
| Project Groups | Add multiple projects to a group, for example at client level or projects using a similar framework | Find out more on Project Groups here. |
| Download all users | Produce a csv file with first names, last names, email and user type (internal/external) | |
