Introduction
When allocating Workloads it is important to be able to check whether all of your Workloads have been allocated and whether there are any remaining unallocated ones.
For example, if your Project contains three languages but you've only allocated two of them, it's important to be able to check and spot that there are gaps in your allocation.
In this context, we use the word "Coverage" to mean the proportion of Workloads that are allocated vs the amount that remain unallocated.
This page explains how you can check the coverage level on a project using the allocation page.
Steps Required
- Access the Allocations Page within the Administration section (see here).
- Click either the "Coding Allocation Coverage" tab (to view coding allocation information) or the "Verify Allocation Coverage" tab (to view verification allocation information).
Note that the information displays a breakdown by Task for a given Wave. To display information for a different Wave use the "Select Wave" dropdown, - To view breakdown by Language for a given Task and Wave, click the relevant bar chart and popup will appear showing this additional breakdown.
