Introduction

The Update Language tool allows you to update the language assigned to selected Records within your Project. You can either update all Records in your Project, or update a selected set of Records by Id.


Accessing the Data Tool

From the Data Tools panel within the Project Details page, click the "Update Language" button.



Steps Required

  1. Click the "Update Language" button (see above) - a dialog will appear.

  2. Within the dialog, select the language you want to set your Records to from the dropdown.

  3. Choose whether to update all Records, or update Records by Id.

  4. If you are updating by Id, enter a list of Id values one value per line.  The Id values should match the values provided when the data was originally imported.

  5. Click the "Update" button to apply your changes.
