Introduction
The "Share" functionnality in the Visualization section allows you to create a sharing link with read-only access to the charts and visuals in the Visualization section.
The "Share" links are visible in the Project Details Sharing Link panel. Click here for more details.
Creating a Sharing Link
To create a read-only link, click on the "Share" button available top right of the Visualization section:
The following properties can be specified:
| Expiry Date | Allows you to specify an Expiry Date for this link. By default, it will be set to 1 month. |
| Description | (Optionnal) Allows you to specify a text description for this link. |
Once the link is created, you can easily copy it by clicking the "Copy" icon:
Read-only Visuals display
When using the link, all the Visuals are available in read-only mode. The data cannot be changed but the Visuals can all be exported in the different available formats.
All the functionnalities in the different visuals are available in a read-only mode, including filtering, adding context columns, changing colors etc.
