Introduction
This page contains some important notes specific to using codeit data links with the Forsta Plus (formerly Confirmit) platform.
Data Link Connection Details
In order to link to surveys in Forsta Plus, you first need to create a data link to your Forsta Plus account.
The following connection details are required by the data link:

Forsta Plus support will be able to advise you and provide all of the relevant settings for your account.
Coded Data Sync - Relaunch Survey
When you sync coded data from codeit to Forsta Plus, codeit will firstly synchronise any changes in your codeframe with the corresponding target question in your survey.
Any changes applied by codeit are made to the working version of your survey, not the Live version.
Therefore, for the changes to be fully reflected in Forsta Plus, you need to relaunch your survey from within the Forsta Plus designer:
If there have been no changes to your codeframe in codeit since the last sync, then this step is not necessary.
Occasionally, codeit will be unable to sync coded data back to Forsta Plus until the survey is re-launched.
In this situation, you will receive an error message like this from the codeit sync process:
"The Forsta Plus codeframe does not match codeit. Relaunch your survey and retry the codeit sync."
Once you have relaunched the survey in Forsta Plus, re-run the sync process to write your coded data from codeit to Forsta Plus.
