Within codeit, there are certain settings which will inevitably need to vary from company-to-company, or project-to-project within company. For example, AI settings, default thresholds and export formats will often depend on individual circumstances. Codeit provides a system of "Company Settings" as well as project-level options that allow you to configure certain options and parameters for the company or project as required.
Where relevant, for each subject area you will find a settings section (e.g. Data Links > Data Link Settings) with the project-level or company-level settings listed and explained.
You can then adjust the settings in the relevant settings area as shown below;
- Company-level Settings - Some settings are defined at a company level, via the 'Administration' icon on the top menu, so that a company can choose the most appropriate 'default' option for their set up, without having to repeatedly choose the specific option every time a user is within a particular interface. These settings are signposted below.
- Project-level Settings - Within the administration area, you can also adjust settings or information at the project level, such as variable names, or task information. Review these settings here.
Company-level Settings
You can access company settings via the administration section, clicking on "Settings" on the left-hand menu then selecting "Company Settings". They are split into separate topic areas that can be filtered. See below the topic areas covered and a link to the individual setting descriptions of each setting within the relevant topic area.
