Some settings for data and report export are controlled at the company level.  To review and adjust these, go to the three dots in the top right corner of the main menu, choose Admin & Settings then choose Settings on the left-hand menu.  Once you are there click 'Company Settings' and scroll or filter to see the below export settings.

Determines whether coded (target) variables are appended at the end of the data record or after each source question (the verbatim being coded). 

Selections are:

- Default - Target variables appended to the end of each record

- Source Target Paring - Target variables are placed after the relevant source question within the data record.

Clients may have different conventions for variable naming and there are two file naming schemes available in codeit, which may be required depending on the client software used.

Determines format of multicoded export questions between the selections

- Concatenated (within one column separated by commas)

- Expanded (each response in separate column).
