Creating the actual coding flags is done at company level. To add or review and adjust these, go to the three dots in the top right corner of the main menu, choose Admin & Settings then choose Settings on the left-hand menu. Once you are there click 'Flag Types'. Here you can add new flags or adjust existing ones using the screen features described below.
