Introduction
During your usage of codeit, the system will gather data about your usage activity.
This is necessary to provide statistics and reports within the software - for example, to report Workload charging information, or to provide productivity stats on coders.
Types of Data
The following types of usage data are collected and stored by codeit.

| Workloads | Records information about Workloads processed and meta information such as when a Workload was coded, which method was used and which person processed the Workload. |
| Coder Sessions | Records information about each coding session, such as start/end times, who performed the session, actions performed and productivity statistics |
Data Retention
The data above is retained indefinitely so long as your account is live. Once an account or free trial account is closed, all the data is automatically deleted after 90 days.
