Introduction
The External Access panel displays the External Clients and Sharing Links available for the Tasks in this Project.

Accessing the External Access panel
To view the External Access panel, click the "External Access" button in the ribbon within the Project Details page.
The External Access panel enabled you to give access to external clients with 2 different methods:
- External Clients Access: You can create an External Client into codeit. The user will receive an email and will have to setup a password for codeit. Once the password is setup, the client will have access to the Deep Dive feature only on a project by project basis.
- Sharing Links: This allows you to create a sharing link to give access to a read-only version of the entire Visualize section
External Clients
It is possible to create codeit logins for your clients which gives access only to Deep Dive.
To create an External Client login, click on the "+" icon in the top right corner of the table and fill in the details for your clients.
Once added, the new login is automatically added to the list of External Clients list. The client will also receive an email to create a codeit login with a password.
You can also choose to add to this project an already existing External Clients if this client has previously been added to another project in codeit.
When the Client login, it will have access to the External Client dashboard showing a list of projects available for this External Client.
In the dashboard, the External Client has only access to the Deep Dive section. The External Clients can ask its own questions in Deep Dive and also have access to the existing Deep Dive Chats for this project and task.
Sharing Links
The Sharing Links panel displays a table of information containing the following columns:

Created On | The date at which the link was created |
Expiry Date | The date at which the link will expire and become inaccessible. |
